Player module - A CCK compound field with a taxonomy select field and a text field

Player module defines a CCK widget with compound fields for taxonomy selection and free text field.

* Regular Drupal installation in sites/all/modules

* Creates a vocabulary with three default Player races

* At Admin -> Site configuration -> Player settings a different vocabulary can be set to represent the Player race.
